Energy-Balls

 

1/2 cup brazil nuts

1/2 cup almonds

1/4 cup pepitas and sunflower seeds

1 cup dates

1-2 tsp vanilla essence

2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp raw honey or agave

1 tbsp tahini

3 tbsp of coconut oil

 

 

Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, drain.

Process all ingredients.  Roll into balls, then roll in shredded coconut.  Store in the fridge or freeze for longer periods.
